fix: re-scan now shows status update immediately

Root cause: finally block called loadFiles() which cleared the cache
and reloaded from server, overwriting the manual 'scanning' status.
Server videos.status may not be synced yet by PostgreSQL trigger.

Fix: Remove loadFiles() from finally block. Keep manual status update.
Polling mechanism will sync status from server automatically.
