Momentry Studio ed971c5f98 fix: LibraryView 移除 pose 相关代码 ...

**移除内容:**
- 移除 pose 处理器选项（Line 305-310）
- 移除 procPose 变量定义（Line 1055）
- 移除 selectedProcessors 中的 procPose（Line 1142）
- 移除 processors 列表中的 'pose'（Line 1348, 1408）

**原因:**
- pose 已从 pipeline 移除（A-8）
- 无需在 Library 卡片中显示

**后续:**
- 待确认 VLM Summary 和 moment_chunks 是否需要合并
- 待确认百分比是否需要重新配置
